1. Purpose
The private pilot exists to test usability, workflows, reports, barcode scanning, condition templates, and product direction. It is not a production healthcare service.
2. Demo data requirement
Use fictional/demo patient information only. Do not submit real patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, real lab documents, identifiable clinical notes, or other sensitive health information.
3. Local browser storage
Most pilot entries are stored locally in the browser. Clearing browser data, changing browsers/devices, or browser/device maintenance may remove pilot information. Metlio does not guarantee persistence or recovery of pilot data.
4. Feedback
We encourage candid feedback about confusing workflows, missing features, clinical usefulness, reporting, scanner performance, and what Metlio should not automate. Avoid including real patient information in feedback.
5. Barcode testing
Barcode lookup is experimental. Verify product identity, serving size, and nutrition against the physical label. A successful scan does not mean the nutrition data is complete or clinically appropriate.
6. Availability
The pilot may be changed, reset, redeployed, paused, or discontinued without notice as development continues.
7. Confidentiality of unreleased features
Pilot participants may discuss their experience unless separately asked to review confidential material. Screens, concepts, and unreleased features remain Metlio intellectual property.
8. No compensation
Unless separately agreed in writing, pilot participation and feedback are voluntary and unpaid.
