Purpose: website/pilot hosting and pilot feedback form processing. Information involved may include feedback submissions and routine technical request/security data.
Microsoft 365
Purpose: Metlio company email and communications. Information involved may include sender/recipient details and the contents of messages sent to Metlio.
GoDaddy
Purpose: domain registration, DNS administration, and Microsoft 365 account administration/reselling. Primarily business/account and domain-administration information.
Open Food Facts
Purpose: barcode-based product and nutrition lookup. The barcode number is sent to the Open Food Facts API. The database is community-sourced and should not be treated as authoritative medical nutrition data.
Third-party content delivery for barcode scanner
Purpose: delivery of the ZXing browser scanning library used by the current pilot. The browser may make a network request to the content-delivery host to load the library.
No production EHR/medical-record integrations yet
The current pilot is not connected to a hospital EHR, insurer, pharmacy, or production health-record service. Any future integration will be reviewed for security, privacy, contractual, and regulatory requirements before launch.
